By day, I’m an IT Infrastructure & Operations professional with over 15 years of experience working across systems, security, service delivery, and large-scale enterprise environments. I’m ITIL-certified and deeply focused on building reliable, efficient, and scalable solutions—whether that’s managing critical incidents, optimizing service delivery, or driving continuous improvement across global IT operations.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: Systems Security Administrator, Technical Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Senior IT Analyst, and Enterprise Command Centre Manager. I’ve worked on high-impact projects for global organizations, led data center initiatives, and helped shape ITIL processes that keep businesses running smoothly behind the scenes.
But this blog isn’t just about IT.
Outside of work, I’m a Coffee Maven always chasing the perfect brew, a Beer Fanatic exploring new flavors, and a Music Lover who believes there’s a playlist for every moment. I’m also a Fervent Gamer, someone who enjoys both the escape and the strategy that gaming brings.
Most importantly, I’m a proud father and husband—my family is everything to me. And yes, I’m a passionate Leafs fan, which means I understand both loyalty and heartbreak pretty well.
